Ordering

  1. Order Placed

    Once you have successfully placed your order on line you will receive by email:

    An order acknowledgement from sales@marketsquaretrading.co.uk detailing the items you have selected and your unique order number.

    A confirmation from our payment service provider advising that your card has been authorised successfully. This email will be issued if there is available credit on the card/account you have detailed for payment. If the payment details you have provided do not correspond to those your bank/card account hold on record we will send you an email asking you to telephone us.

    Until you contact us your order will not be despatched. If you do not contact us within 7 days your order will be cancelled without any further communication.

  2. Security Checks

    We can only deliver orders to the address at which the card/account used to make the payment is registered and your statement delivered.

    The registered address is that to which your card/account statements are sent.

    Your bank will confirm to us whether the details you have provided correspond to those they hold on record. Even though your payment has been ‘authorised successfully’ if you have not used the registered address for the card, your order will not be despatched.

    Once you place an order, the value of the order is ‘shadowed’ on your card/account. This means that this amount of credit has been reserved. Once your order has been despatched this payment will be taken. If your order is subsequently not despatched for any reason this shadow will self cancel after 10 days.

Shipping

Shipping Methods and Information

  • We only deliver to your registered address. If you need your item sending to an alternative address you must add the address to your paypal account before you make your purchase.
  • Postage time is around 3 working days for 2nd class post. Please use the Express or First Class options if you require your order sooner.
  • If your item has not arrived after 4 or 5 days could you please contact your local sorting office as it is very likely that delivery was attempted whilst no one was in and sometimes the advice card was misplaced or the postman may have just run out of slips.
  • PLEASE NOTE:All Orders Above 2kg will be dispatch By Collect Plus Tracked Courier
  • PLEASE NOTE:Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands Customers Free Standard Delivery Available.
  • If you choose Express Delivery or your order is more than 2kg the following postcodes will incur an additional £10 surcharge.
